Experiencing Condensation

If you're still seeing condensation after your system was installed, or sometime after installation, don't worry — it should be easy to sort. Here are a few things to check:

1. Make sure the system is on and running It sounds obvious, but this is the most common cause. Head to Checking the System is Powered On to confirm.

2. Is the condensation just in one or two rooms? If it's only in specific areas, the vents in those rooms may need to be opened up a bit more. Head to How to Balance Airflow to see how it's done.

3. Check when the system was last serviced If it's been more than 12 months since installation or your last filter change, blocked filters could be reducing airflow. Get in touch and we can arrange a filter change.
